How do I reset my progress?
Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Reset progress. This clears local state (your plays, streaks, library) but keeps your account. Your server history stays intact until you delete the account.
How do I delete my account?
Open the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete my account, and confirm. This is permanent and removes your profile, plays, streaks, preferences, and push tokens.
I lost my streak. Can you restore it?
Streaks are tied to the days you actually completed puzzles. If you missed a day and had no streak freezes available, the streak reset. I cannot retroactively add days. If you believe a played day was not counted, email me with the date and the game and I will check the server log.
Premium
Premium unlocks a larger streak-freeze pool and lets you play tomorrow's puzzles early. You can cancel any time from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I report a bug?
Email me with a short description and, ideally, a screenshot. Bonus points if you tell me your phone model and iOS version.
